AATC09 Presenters must register for the conference by September 15, 2009 or they will be removed from the program!
2009: This year's conference will be held in Arlington, VA at the Hilton Crystal City at Washington Reagan Airport from October 1-3, 2009.
To get the reduced rate of $149 per
room, you need to make reservations by Sept 10th. The hotel prices for
the Crystal City Hilton are currently at $149.00 per night with limited numbers
of rooms assigned to our group for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. All
prices are good until September 10th 2009. People can still register for the
conference ongoing, but the hotel rate will increase dramatically after
September 10 to 249.00 or more after that date. We recommend you plan
accordingly.

Individuals’ call in:
Room assignments will be made directly with the Hilton Crystal City by calling the hotel’s central reservation department at 1-800-Hiltons (445-8667). They must request the name Washington DC Salsa Congress to be identified in your block and be given your discounted rate.
Individuals’ Online Reservations:
Room assignments can be made directly with the Hilton Crystal City by calling visiting us online at
http://www.crystalcitynationalairport.hilton.com .
Guests should enter the arrival/departure dates located within the "Check Availability" calendar. Once dates are entered, the next screen will appear "Select Your Reservation Details". Guests need to the go under the "Special Accounts" section. Under "Group/Convention Code" the individual needs to enter the Group/Convention Code to obtain the group rate. Once the group code is entered and the individual clicks the Continue icon, the next screen will appear "Select Your Room and Rate". The individual needs to confirm their room preference and click on the Group Rate. Then, the individual can proceed to confirm their reservation with the guarantee of their credit card.
